 A MODO DE CONCLUSIÓN FINAL DE NUESTRO BLOG NOS GUSTARÍA COMPARTIR UNA PEQUEÑA REFLEXIÓN La campaña “Nuestra escuela contra la desinformación” ha permitido a los estudiantes utilizar habilidades de pensamiento crítico para enfrentar la información que encuentran en su vida diaria, tanto dentro como fuera de la escuela.   A lo largo de este blog, hemos abordado aspectos fundamentales como la distinción entre hechos y opiniones, la verificación de fuentes, y la cautela ante contenidos engañosos, permitiendo que los estudiantes reconozcan claramente las trampas de la desinformación. Gracias a las actividades prácticas, como el análisis de casos reales y la creación de una WebQuest, los estudiantes han vivido en primera persona cómo detectar la desinformación y han aprendido a emplear herramientas de verificación de datos. INTRODUCTION In this webquest we will provide students with the necessary tools so that they are able to develop critical thinking in the face of different news items related to any subject that they are presented with and to be able to realise when they are faced with a fakenew. En nuestra sociedad se nos ofrece un acceso a una gran cantidad de información, pero también debemos de ser conscientes y educar a nuestros alumnos sobre que también estamos expuestos a ciertos peligros como la manipulación de los medios de comunicación o la desinformación, la propagación de fake news y la falta de comprobación de que las fuentes que estamos utilizando sean fiables. ETHICAL ASPECTS OF MISINFORMATION IN PRIMARY EDUCATION Discussing ethical issues with students can provide a fuller picture not only of how they work, but also how disinformation can be harmful, what kinds of harm it can cause to individuals and society, and their own responsibility in the digital sphere, especially not to share disinformation and to warn others about it: Examine recent EU policy initiatives to restrict the spread of disinformation.  Ask students to look at advertisements and ask: what do advertisers want to achieve and why? Does this differ from disinformation? How? Ask students where they draw the line when it comes to freedom of expression: should all freedom of expression be allowed, even if the information is verifiably false and causes harm? Design a campaign with students to warn other members of the school community about the most frequent expressions of misinformation at the time.
